One of my biggest pet peeves is when people don’t do what they promise me they’ll do. And even worse, they don’t bother telling you that they are blowing you off. I understand you’re busy, but could you please have the common courtesy to say, “Oh hey, I can’t make it tonight.” 

I may not have a father who is there for me, nor a ton of friends to do stupid things with. No matter how rough life gets, I know I have a mother and a few close friends who love and support me. 

I may not be going to Harvard or Princeton, but I’m going to a university and learning about one of my passions in life, biology. I even get to be a part of a research team and learn useful skills I get to use outside of school. 

I have a wonderful person in my life who loves me with all his heart. 

And I have so much in front of me. It’s overwhelming to think about, but I’m excited to see what lies ahead. 

Thankful

I’m so freakin’ happy because my love is coming home tomorrow for the weekend. [:

And I’m super sick. ]: I don’t think walking around in 100 degree weather will help either.

I made a promise to myself when I was younger that I would save myself for the person I would marry. That being said, yes, I am a virgin.
